North Dakota State Parks annual pass is now available online, at all state parks and from the North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department offices in Bismarck. The annual pass, which provides admittance to all state parks when displayed on a vehicle's front windshield, costs $25 - $20 for state residents age 65 and older or for North Dakota veterans with service-related disability. North Dakota veterans with 100-percent service-related disability or former state POWs can get the pass for free. The permit is valid until May 1, 2011.
