Red River Resort Motel ( Drayton )
Ideally situated for sport fishing and launching river adventures, the Red River Resort Motel is located at the north end of Drayton, ND. The motel has a newly rennovated bait shop, boat rentals and is conveniently located for quick access to the river. The motel is located just five blocks from the city boat landing, which is upriver from the Drayton Dam, with a second boat landing, located just below the dam, approximately 1 1/2 miles from the motel. The Drayton Dam is a popular fishing spot for both boat fishing and shore fishing. We sport a wide variety of fish including big catfish, walleye, northern pike and sauger. A boat is great for exploring and fishing the river, but not absolutely necessary. Many come to fish from the banks, which offer the same great fish and fishing, as boat fishing. If you want to boat fish, but don't own a boat, rent one of ours.
